As a Registered Training Organisation, Print Training Australia operates within the principles and standards of the VET Quality Framework, ensuring the delivery of high-quality vocational education and training.
1. Compliance with Legislation and Regulatory Requirements
Print Training Australia complies with all relevant State and Federal legislative requirements including but not limited to:

The Standards for RTOs 2015 or its successor

Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation

Privacy and confidentiality laws

Anti-discrimination legislation
We are committed to maintaining compliance and ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and rights of all participants/clients.
2. Provision of Information
Print Training Australia supplies accurate, relevant and up-to-date information through but not limited to the following channels:

Participant Handbook

Fee Booklet available on the website

Policies and procedures accessible on the website
Information provided includes course details, fees and charges, enrolment requirements, pathways, assessment methods, and eligibility for government funding.
3. Marketing and Advertising Practices
Print Training Australia adheres to ethical and transparent marketing practices by:

Ensuring all promotional materials are accurate and not misleading

Gaining written consent before using participant or client information in any marketing materials

Providing clear information about courses, including entry requirements and eligibility, delivery methods, duration, pathways/careers, and assessment processes
We do not make false comparisons with other training organisations or qualifications.
4. Training and Assessment Services
Print Training Australia is committed to delivering high-quality training and assessment services that safeguard the interests and welfare of participants and/or clients.
Training and Assessment Standards:

Training and assessment strategies are developed and continuously reviewed in consultation with industry representatives to ensure relevance to current industry practices.

Workplace-based training integrates industry performance requirements into assessments.

Trainers and assessors maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and skills.

Assessments are conducted in accordance with the endorsed components of relevant Training Packages or accredited courses.
Access and Equity:

We uphold principles of access and equity, ensuring participants are not discriminated against based on gender, race, disability, or any other factor.

We offer reasonable adjustments to accommodate individual learning needs and prioritise participants/client health, safety, and welfare.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer:

We support participants in gaining recognition for prior learning and skills.

Credit transfer is granted for completed relevant units of competency obtained through other RTOs.
5. Participant Support and Welfare
Print Training Australia ensures participants receive the support required to successfully complete their training:

Reasonable assistance for participants facing difficulties

Access to information on RPL and credit transfer

A safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
6. Issuance of Qualifications and Statements of Attainment
Participants who meet the required outcomes of a qualification or unit of competency will receive nationally recognised certification in accordance with relevant standards.
7. Record Keeping
Print Training Australia maintain accurate and secure records of participants attendance and progress, as well as financial records. These records are managed confidentially and will not be divulged to third parties unless authorised by the participants/client or under law. Participants may make a written request to view their file at any time.
8. Financial Standards
Print Training Australia has a refund policy that is fair and equitable. The policy is made available to all participants and clients prior to enrolment. In the event we are not able to fulfil our obligations to participants/clients, we have measures in place to ensure they either receive the service from another Registered Training Provider or receive a refund.
9. Recruitment
Recruitment of participants is conducted in an ethical and responsible manner at all times, ensuring that course offerings match the skills, experience, and aspirations of applicants.
Print Training Australia ensures the educational background of the intending participants/clients is assessed by a suitably qualified staff.
10. Grievance Mechanism
Print Training Australia ensures a fair and transparent process for resolving complaints and grievances. Participants are encouraged to raise concerns promptly. Complaints are handled constructively and resolved internally where possible. Every effort is made by our organisation to resolve grievances.
If a resolution cannot be achieved, participants are referred to appropriate external bodies for further assistance.
11. Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
Our organisation seeks feedback from participants and clients to monitor and improve its services. Evaluation and improvement processes are aligned with participant and industry needs. Feedback is an integral part of our processes to enhance training and assessment practices.
